pays for two judo lessons a week for a month, for a child from a poor area of Kabul, where there are no parks and it's too dangerous to play on the street.

pays for two weeks' fees to enable a young woman from a poor background to attend university in Kabul.

£25

pays a week's fees for a young woman studying medicine, eventually becoming a doctor. A lack of female doctors results in several women dying every day in Afghanistan.

WINTER APPEAL: With Afghanistan on the verge of humanitarian disaster, we are funding emergency food and hygiene parcels and heating supplies for families in Kabul.
